Brigid and Allan retired to Port O’Connor in 2013. When not fishing , Allan is active in other conservation causes as a Texas Master Naturalist, a member of Calhoun County Parks Board, and previously on the Board of the Gulf Coast Bird Observatory.

Bill is a life long conservationist. Since moving to Lamar he has been actively involved in a number of projects and organizations with the goal of restoring and improving the unique habitats and wildlife populations of the Coastal Bend region. In addition to his position on the San Antonio Bay Partnership board he holds board positions with the Aransas First Land Trust, Friends of Aransas National Wildlife Refuge and the Aransas Bay chapter of the Coastal Conservation Association.

Steve is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana and moved to Texas in 1987. As a child, his family moved many times as his father made a career in the oil and gas industry. After graduating from the Singapore American School, he received a degree in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana Tech University.

Steve started his career with Conoco before being transferred to DuPont, where he worked as an environmental engineer at several locations. Eventually, he worked at the Victoria, Texas, plant until his retirement. Steve was the Water Environmental Section Leader.
He and his wife, Rhonda, reside in Mission Valley Texas. They have three children and eight grandchildren. He enjoys many types of outdoor activities including hunting and fishing.

Ashley plans to pursue Texas Master Naturalist and Master Gardener certifications one day after retiring from her role as Vice President in Product Management & Operations for a legal services and information company.
Meanwhile, she enjoys fishing, collecting seashells, and cleaning the beaches of the San Antonio and Espiritu Santo Bay system on the weekends.

From supporting bugs and birds with native plant gardening to emboldening students to hold a blue crab with the Texas Floating Classroom, She engages in a variety of initiatives that benefit the local environment.
Brigid has been a dedicated volunteer for San Antonio Bay Partnership supporting her husband Allan's initiatives as chairman including the Abandoned Crab Trap Removal and Shorelines Cleanup programs as well as reminding him to reboot his computer when things get stuck. Upon documenting over a hundred dead sea turtles after Winter Storm Uri in 2021, Brigid initiated the Mid-Coast Sea Turtle Rescue

James Dodson is a contributing founder of San Antonio Bay Partnership and has served as SABP’s Program Facilitator/Project Manager since the organization’s inception. More recently, he has been consulting with the International Crane Foundation’s Gulf Coast Program on their “Water for Wildlife” initiatives.
James Dodson grew up in Corpus Christi, Texas, close to Nueces Bay and the Nueces River Delta. Mr. Dodson received his B.S. in Marine Science from Texas A&M University at Galveston (1975) and a Masters in Public Affairs from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin (1978). He has worked for public agencies and non-profit organizations in coastal and water resources policy, planning, and management at the university, local, state, and federal levels and in private practice as a water and coastal resources consultant.
He managed and facilitated the development of the first Senate Bill 1 Regional Water Plan for the Coastal Bend (Region N) Regional Water Planning Group. He also conducted a Phase 1 investigation of an Aquifer Storage and Recovery (ASR) Project for the City of Victoria.
Mr. Dodson is a Fellow of the Meadows Center for Water and the Environment at Texas State University, conducts presentations, and authored/co-authored chapters in publications focused on coastal and water resources management in Texas.

Catriona served as executive director of one of the largest conservation organizations in the United States. It was awarded the Blue Ribbon in Conservation by the Governor and led, in part, to the comeback of endangered species.
Catriona developed and managed an international program supporting over 200 environmental organizations and scientists in the US, China, Russia, and Japan.
She Drafted statewide science education standards for 3.8 million public school children.
! She developed policy briefing guides for Texas state legislators & was appointed by the Governor to a State EE Board, and elected Vice Chair.
She launched: "Sustaining the Bering Sea: An International Conference for Collaboration," attended by policy leaders, scientists, local fishermen, NGOs, and indigenous leaders from five countries with a stake in managing one of the most productive fisheries in the world.
